Bella teaches one-hour classes live online so you can join from the convenience of home. If you prefer individual instruction, contact Bella and ask about private sessions.
ALL LEVELS YOGA

After centering and warm up poses, we progress into a series of poses to increase your strength, flexibility and balance. Bella’s teaching style accommodates different levels so that beginners will feel comfortable in class and those with more experience are offered options to take it further for more of a challenge. Yoga experience is helpful.

SLOW FLOW yoga
tuesdays 9:30 AM (PST)
LIVE VIA ZOOM
Linking breath with movement, we will begin with a short meditation and gentle warm up poses followed by a nourishing sequence of poses that flow. Each class provides full body strengthening and stretching. leaving you refreshed and relaxed. Modifications are provided whenever possible to make this class suitable to all levels. Basic yoga experience required.

POWER yoga

Pricing
Single classes are $15 each. With the purchase of a class card 4 classes are $50 or 8 classes are $100 payable by cash, check or via paypal.me/yogawithbella.
Good news: currently there is no expiration date for class cards!
Private sessions are $45 per hour.
